Non-passengers are discouraged from going to the terminal. Only passengers with confirmed flight bookings and valid travel documents will be allowed to enter the terminal. Passengers will only be allowed to enter the terminal three (3) hours before their domestic flights and four (4) hours before their international flights.
Local regulation requires all departing and arriving passengers to complete Health Declaration and Passenger Locator forms. 2.1. A travel authority or pass is required for domestic travelers by the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) to travel across provinces and regions under General Community Quarantine. Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) or Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF) must present their Philippine-issued negative RT-PCR test result.

Those who are below 21 years old, 60 years old and above and pregnant women, among others, are not allowed to travel.

Observe social distancing markers in all queues.
Leave one seat apart when sitting on gang chairs. Seats are routinely sanitized for your safety.
