The Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF), under Resolution No. 164-D Series of 2022, declared that the Province of Pampanga and the City of Angeles shall be placed under Alert Level 1 until 31 March 2022.
Public transportation in areas under Alert Level 1 shall be at full seating capacity. For intrazonal and interzonal travels involving public land transportation between an area with a higher alert level classification and an area under Alert Level 1, the passenger capacity shall be that which has the lower passenger capacity rate between the point of origin and point of destination. For aviation transport operating in and out of Alert Level 1 areas, the passenger capacity will be at 100%.

TRAVEL GUIDELINES BY PROVINCE:
1. CATICLAN, AKLAN: Per Executive Order No. 009 Series of 2022, issued by the Provincial Governor of Aklan, all tourists and travelers entering the Province of Aklan shall secure a “Quick Response” (QR) Code via the Online Health Declaration Card (OHDC) that can be accessed at https://touristboracay.com/ or https://aklan.gov.ph/.
