POSITION SUMMARY:

The Commercial Development Associate specializes in airport terminal retail leasing. This involves effectively managing and expanding our airport terminal retail leasing portfolio, ensuring an optimal tenant mix, and driving revenue growth through strategic leasing initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills enabling them to identify opportunities, optimize tenant performance and inform decision-making.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field
1-2 years work experience in business development, leasing, or related field
Excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, and finance

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Route Development Analyst will support in driving traffic growth at the airport. This role is essential for identifying and developing new routes, managing existing routes, and increasing the frequency of current services. The RDA will also oversee the development of a competitive database and conduct benchmarking studies to provide insights that will guide future growth.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics (preferred), Business, Marketing or a related field
At least a year of experience in airline network planning, management and/or aero commercial
Strong statistical and analytical skills to interpret market data, trends, and benchmarks (required)
Keen to details, can manage raw and complicated templates, and can prepare and execute presentation materials
Has understanding of the airline industry, market dynamics, and airport operations
Excellent MS Office skills specifically in Excel and PowerPoint

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Specialized Airport System (SAS) Maintenance Support is responsible for assisting in the operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of specialized airport systems to ensure that equipment remains safe, serviceable, and reliable for daily airport operations. The position supports preventive and corrective maintenance activities, conducts routine checks, assists in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues, and helps restore affected systems in accordance with established procedures, safety requirements, and operational standards. The SAS Technician also maintains maintenance records, reports observed defects or abnormalities, and coordinates with engineers, operations personnel, and service providers to minimize downtime and support continuous and efficient airport operations.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduate of a technical or vocational course in Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Electronics Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or other related field.
2. With two years relevant experience in maintenance, repair, installation, or operation of electro-mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or control-related systems.
3. Preferably with background in airport systems, refrigeration and air-conditioning, industrial equipment, building systems, or similar operational facilities.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Control Engineer is responsible for supporting the operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of control and automation systems for specialized airport equipment. The position ensures that system controls, electrical interfaces, sensors, PLCs, communication networks, and related automation components function reliably, safely, and efficiently to support continuous airport operations. The Control Engineer assists in diagnosing control system faults, conducting preventive and corrective maintenance, monitoring system performance, and implementing technical adjustments or improvements in accordance with OEM guidelines, safety procedures, and operational requirements. The role also involves preparing technical records and reports, supporting testing and commissioning activities, and coordinating with engineers, technicians, service providers, and operations personnel to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related engineering course.
Preferably a licensed engineer in the relevant field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, relevant experience in control systems, PLCs, automation, instrumentation, SCADA, HMI, or industrial electrical systems is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in troubleshooting, maintenance, and testing of sensors, relays, PLC modules, control panels, communication interfaces, and other automation devices.
Able to read and interpret control schematics, wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, manuals, and technical documents.
Familiar with electrical safety procedures, lock-out/tag-out requirements, and standard maintenance practices.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for ensuring that planes can take off and land safely at their assigned airport. They monitor all air traffic in the area, from small private aircraft to commercial jets carrying hundreds of passengers. Use a variety of technologies to track the location of every plane in the area. This includes radar systems, radio communications, and other equipment used to coordinate the movement of aircraft.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Making sure all aircraft are weighed before takeoff to ensure they are within weight limits
Responding to emergencies such as fires, medical emergencies, security threats, etc.
Coordinating with pilots and crew members to ensure that all safety procedures are followed
Performing inspections of aircraft to ensure they are safe for takeoff and landing
Issuing clearance for aircraft to take off or land
Operating radio or radar equipment to monitor air traffic and communicate with pilots
Recording weather conditions and other operational information such as runway length, elevation changes, and other relevant data
Monitoring airport security at all times to ensure safety and security standards are met
Monitoring the status of incoming and outgoing flights to ensure that they are operating on schedule

What is the process for eTravel?

Departing Filipino passengers,

must register in the e-Travel System (etravel.gov.ph) within seventy-two (72) hours but not less than three (3) hours from the scheduled time of departure from the Philippines.

All arriving passengers,

all travelers are required to present their arrival information and health declaration through the eTravel portal. To register, you may follow these steps:

i. Go to etravel.gov.ph

ii. Fill up your Personal Profile

iii. Enter your Travel Details

iv. Fill up your Health Declaration

v. Download your QR code

What are the requirements upon entering the airport?

To enter the airport, passengers must present their confirmed flight ticket at the departure entrance. We also advise passengers to check their airline and the receiving local government unit (LGU) for other travel requirements.

Do I have to pay travel tax and terminal fees?

Starting April 01, 2022, terminal fees are already included in your airline ticket. However, OFWs are exempted from this charge and may request a refund at the international departure gates at CRK. In addition, OFWs are also exempted from paying Travel tax.

You may also check your ticket if the Travel tax and Terminal fee have already been paid upon booking.
