POSITION SUMMARY:

The Commercial Development Associate specializes in airport terminal retail leasing. This involves effectively managing and expanding our airport terminal retail leasing portfolio, ensuring an optimal tenant mix, and driving revenue growth through strategic leasing initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills enabling them to identify opportunities, optimize tenant performance and inform decision-making.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field
1-2 years work experience in business development, leasing, or related field
Excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, and finance
Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and other relevant databases for reporting and data management

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Route Development Analyst will support in driving traffic growth at the airport. This role is essential for identifying and developing new routes, managing existing routes, and increasing the frequency of current services. The RDA will also oversee the development of a competitive database and conduct benchmarking studies to provide insights that will guide future growth.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics (preferred), Business, Marketing or a related field
At least a year of experience in airline network planning, management and/or aero commercial
Strong statistical and analytical skills to interpret market data, trends, and benchmarks (required)
Keen to details, can manage raw and complicated templates, and can prepare and execute presentation materials
Has understanding of the airline industry, market dynamics, and airport operations
Excellent MS Office skills specifically in Excel and PowerPoint

- The HR Compliance and Employee Relations Associate is responsible for ensuring adherence to labor laws, government regulations, and company policies while supporting in employee relations matters. This role supports the HR Manager in compliance monitoring, grievance handling, disciplinary documentation, and employee-related initiatives to maintain a fair and legally compliant workplace.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related field
- 2–3 years of work experience in HR compliance, employee relations, and/or labor relations
- Strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Laws and HR compliance standards
- Can handle regular interaction with employees, managers, and external regulatory agencies

What is the process for eTravel?

Departing Filipino passengers,

must register in the e-Travel System (etravel.gov.ph) within seventy-two (72) hours but not less than three (3) hours from the scheduled time of departure from the Philippines.

All arriving passengers,

all travelers are required to present their arrival information and health declaration through the eTravel portal. To register, you may follow these steps:

i. Go to etravel.gov.ph

ii. Fill up your Personal Profile

iii. Enter your Travel Details

iv. Fill up your Health Declaration

v. Download your QR code

What are the requirements upon entering the airport?

To enter the airport, passengers must present their confirmed flight ticket at the departure entrance. We also advise passengers to check their airline and the receiving local government unit (LGU) for other travel requirements.

Do I have to pay travel tax and terminal fees?

Starting April 01, 2022, terminal fees are already included in your airline ticket. However, OFWs are exempted from this charge and may request a refund at the international departure gates at CRK. In addition, OFWs are also exempted from paying Travel tax.

You may also check your ticket if the Travel tax and Terminal fee have already been paid upon booking.

What are the travel tax rates?
